ISLAM vs. THE WORD OF GOD
“In the Beginning was the Word
and the Word was WITH God,
and the Word WAS God.
And the Word became flesh
and dwelt among us,
and we beheld His glory,
the glory as of the only begotten
of the Father …
full of grace and truth.
He was in the world,
the world was made through Him,
and the world did not know Him.
He came to His own,
and His own did not receive Him”
(Excerpted from John 1:1-14)
That tiny Red ‘Dot’ in the middle is the Nation of Israel
God warns, ‘Israel is His’ . . . ‘Allah’ and his vast armies (green) keep trying to prove Him wrong
The ‘God of Israel’ and the Bible . . . or . . . ‘Allah’ and the Koran . . . The Bible Warns One Is True . . . and One Is False
The coming Battle of Armageddon (‘Hill of Megiddo’) . . . Armageddon lies right in the center of that tiny Red ‘Dot’
“I(God) will bless those who bless you (Israel) and will curse those who curse you”. . . (Genesis 12:3)
For ANY Religion (or Church) …
There are religions today who teach they must convert the world “by the sword” using intimidation, violence, and terror …
It is important to note that God, the true God of Abraham, never forces Himself on anyone … and never in the Bible does Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha’Mashiach in Hebrew) try to force anybody to believe in Him, or to attend His church or synagogue. Jesus Christ simply says that He “stands at the door and knocks” (Revelation 3:20).
We only have to open that door and invite Him in.
God tells us that He has given each and every man and woman a free will to decide for themselves whether or not to accept His offer of salvation (life in Heaven) through Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah. He clearly outlines the choice, and sincerely warns us of the consequences. It is a personal decision.
God says that He looks into each man and woman’s heart to see if they are sincere in their belief. God is looking for people to come to Him out of love. If a man or woman ever decides not to believe in Jesus Christ, that is their choice. It saddens God for He knows what their destiny will be after they die.
But, never does He ask others to force a non-believer to return, or try to force them into believing through threats of injury or death. God shows us the only places we will find these coercive conversion tactics are from those who are driven by a depraved spirit and the dark power of Satan.
God says the Bible is His Word. The Bible says God cannot lie and God says He will never change. The Bible has withstood the test of time. God challenges every religious system to hold the words of their books, their leaders, their founders, their prophets, and their angels up to the light of truth. God welcomes all to search His Scriptures and try to find error, contradictions, or lies. He also includes many, many prophecies to authenticate His Word.
If you belong to a religion, or to a church, that worships a god or follows a prophet who is so small and insecure that he would have people threatened with death, imprisoned, raped, tortured, or executed if they criticize or refuse to join, and will threaten people with death or bodily harm if they decide to leave through their own free will, then flee!
If you follow a religion (or belong to a church) that is afraid to freely hold the books they ask you to believe, the people who lead or founded the religion, or the words they spoke which they ask you to believe up to the light of truth, then flee!
God’s warning to the non-believer is clear. But God also tells us clearly that we are not to judge others, for they will be judged by Him after our earthly bodies die. God looks directly into the heart of every man and woman to see what each truly believes.
Only a strange, twisted, paranoid religion, driven by the dark and evil powers of Satan himself would ever rape, torture, kill, imprison, beat, kidnap, behead, bomb, burn alive, or harm people in any way as a means to convert or to force people into joining, or staying, in their religion.
The god of that religion is not, and never has been, the God of Abraham. Any religion that would do these things is not led by the Holy Spirit of God. It is a religion of darkness. It is a religion of evil, twisted, wicked men, directed and led by the power of Satan.
Many blessings are promised in Heaven to those who withstand such religions and suffer or die in their faith for doing so.
Remember, being a born-again Christian is a relationship with God, now made possible by having all of our sins washed clean (“white as snow”) by the innocent “blood of the Lamb,” through a simple and sincere faith that Jesus suffered and died on the Cross for all of our sins, was buried, and then raised from the dead the third day (exactly as the ancient prophets foretold Messiah would) … that the promised Messiah (Christ in English) willingly and lovingly laid down His life for us as the ultimate sin sacrifice … for both Jew and Gentile (non-Jew) alike … as the sacrificial “Lamb of God” and the promised “Light unto the Gentiles” (the whole world).
The Bible warns we can never “earn” our way into Heaven through some good deeds “lest any man should boast.” Being a follower of Jesus, the promised Messiah, is a new relationship with our God, Creator, and loving Father in Heaven … which is only attainable through having our sins washed clean by the innocent blood of “the Lamb of God”, Jesus Christ, through love, faith, repentance, and trust in Him.
For He alone can present us righteous, holy, and clean (through His righteousness, not ours) before the awesome and Holy throne of God … and into the wonders, the peace, the joy, the rest, and the beauty of His eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
The Arabian Moon God
“Crescents” or the “Crescent Moon” symbolized the chief Babylonian god “Sin”… which was also the chief god worshiped in ancient Arabia at the time of Mohammed (around 600 AD). The “Crescent Moon” still symbolizes the Islamic Arabian moon-god called “Allah” whom Mohammed re-branded and then falsely claimed was the God of the Bible …
A short excerpt from the article “Allah -The Moon God” …
“In Old Testament times, Nabonidus (555-539 BC), the last king of Babylon, built Tayma, Arabia as a center of Moon-god worship. Segall stated, “South Arabia’s stellar religion has always been dominated by the Moon-god in various variations.” Many scholars have also noticed that the Moon-god’s name “Sin” is a part of such Arabic words as “Sinai,” the “wilderness of Sin,” etc. When the popularity of the Moon-god waned elsewhere, the Arabs remained true to their conviction that the Moon-god was the greatest of all gods. While they worshiped 360 gods at the Kabah in Mecca, the Moon-god was the chief deity. Mecca was in fact built as a shrine for the Moon-god.
This is what made it the most sacred site of Arabian paganism. In 1944, G. Caton Thompson revealed in her book, The Tombs and Moon Temple of Hureidha, that she had uncovered a temple of the Moon-god in southern Arabia. The symbols of the crescent moon and no less than twenty-one inscriptions with the name Sin were found in this temple. An idol which may be the Moon-god himself was also discovered. This was later confirmed by other well-known archeologists. The evidence reveals that the temple of the Moon-god was active even in the Christian era. Evidence gathered from both North and South Arabia demonstrate that Moon-god worship was clearly active even in Muhammad’s day and was still the dominant cult. According to numerous inscriptions, while the name of the Moon-god was Sin, his title was al- ilah, i.e. “the deity,” meaning that he was the chief or high god among the gods. As Coon pointed out, “The god Il or Ilah was originally a phase of the Moon God.” The Moon-god was called al- ilah, i.e. the god, which was shortened to Allah in pre-Islamic times. The pagan Arabs even used Allah in the names they gave to their children. For example, both Muhammad’s father and uncle had Allah as part of their names …” (excerpted from Biblebelievers.org.au)
Even at the time of Gideon (around 1162 BC – 1122 BC) in the book of Judges we find the Midianites (who were from the Arabian Peninsula) with “Crescents” which symbolized their pagan Moon-god …
“Zebah and Zalmunna (Midian kings) said,
“Rise yourself and fall upon us,
for as the man is, so is his strength.”
And Gideon arose and killed Zebah and Zalmunna,
and he took the crescent ornaments
that were on the necks of their camels.”
(Judges 8:21)
“And the weight of the golden earrings that he requested was 1,700 shekels of gold,
besides the crescent ornaments and the pendants
and the purple garments worn by the kings of Midian”
(Judges 8:26)
A Biblical warning against worshiping a Moon-god …
“If there is found among you,
within any of your gates
which the LORD your God gives you,
a man or a woman
who has been wicked in the sight of the LORD your God,
in transgressing His Covenant,
who has gone and served other gods and worshiped them,
either the Sun or MOON
or any of the host of heaven (stars)
which I (God) have not commanded …” (Serious words of warning)
(Deuteronomy 17:2-5)
Denying The Son of God
Jesus Christ warns …
“He who denies Me before men
will be denied before the angels of God.”
(Luke 12:8-9)
Islam loudly (and arrogantly) denies Jesus Christ is the promised Son of God, and also denies Jesus died on the Cross and was Resurrected on the third day.
In order to mock God, Jesus, and the Bible they even engraved their denial all around the gold-domed “Dome Of The Rock” in Jerusalem for all the world to see … “God the Eternal; He has not begotten nor was He begotten”
Around 600 years before Mohammed, God warned ALL who deny Jesus Christ is the promised “Son of God” …
“For this is the witness of God
which He has testified of His Son.
He who believes in the Son of God
has the witness in himself;
He who does not believe God
has made Him (God) a liar,
because he has not believed the testimony
that God has given of His Son.
And this is the testimony:
That God has given us eternal life (in Heaven),
and this life is in His Son.
He who has the Son has life (in Heaven);
He who does not have the Son of God
Does NOT have life (in Heaven).
These things I have written to you
who believe in the Name of the Son of God,
that you may know that you have eternal life (in Heaven),
and that you may continue to believe
in the Name of the Son of God.”
(1 John 5:9-13)
“And we know that the Son of God
has come and has given us an understanding,
that we may know Him who is true;
And we are in Him who is true,
in His (God’s) Son Jesus Christ.
This is the true God and eternal life.”
(1 John 5:20)
“Anyone who has rejected Moses’ Law dies without mercy
on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose,
will he be thought worthy
who has trampled the Son of God underfoot,
counted the blood of the Covenant
by which He was sanctified a common thing,
and insulted the Spirit of Grace?
For we know Him who said,
“Vengeance is Mine,I will repay,” says the Lord.
And again,
“The LORD will judge His people.”
It is a fearful thing to fall
into the hands of the living God.”
(Hebrews 10:28-31)
The “Son of God” was first introduced to the world around 1000 BC in the book of Psalms …
“I (God) have set MY King on My Holy Hill of Zion. (Jerusalem)
I (God) will declare the Decree:
The LORD has said to Me,
YOU ARE MY SON,
This day I (God) have begotten You.
Ask of Me,
and I will give You the nations (Gentiles)
for Your inheritance,
and the ends of the Earth
for Your possession …”
(Psalm 2:6-7)
“Kiss the SON (of God)
lest He be angry,
and you perish in the way,
when His wrath is kindled but a little. (Hell)
Blessed are all those who trust in Him.”
(Psalm 2:12)
“Who has established all the ends of the Earth?
What is His Name,
and what is His SON’s Name,
if you know?
(Proverbs 30:4)
“For You have made Him (the “Son of God”)
a little lower than the angels,
And You have crowned Him
with glory and honor.”
(Psalm 8:5 … and Hebrews 2:7)
“But we see Jesus,
who was made a little lower than the angels,
for the suffering of death
crowned with glory and honor,
that He, by the grace of God,
might taste death (Hell) for everyone.”
(Hebrews 2:9)
God’s sends a promise to any and all in the world who will believe and trust in His Son …
“For God so loved the World
that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him
should NOT perish (in Hell)
but have everlasting life (in Heaven)
For God did not send His Son into the world
to condemn the world,
but that the world through Him
might be saved (from Hell).
He who believes (trusts) in Him
is not condemned (to Hell);
but he who does not believe
IS condemned (to Hell) already” (Many should tremble at this warning)
(John 3:16)
According to the Bible, false religions and false prophets are the enemies of God and God’s Word …
“Who is a liar
but he who denies
that Jesus is the Messiah (Christ)?
He is antichrist
who denies the Father and the Son.”
(1 John 2:22)
“Little children,
it is the last hour;
And as you have heard
that the Antichrist is coming,
even now many antichrists have come,
by which we know that it is the last hour.”
(1 John 2:15-18)
“For many deceivers have gone out into the world
who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh.
This is a deceiver and an antichrist.” (Not the Antichrist but an ‘antichrist’)
(2 John 1:9-1)
“Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Messiah (Christ)
does not have God.
He who does abide in the doctrine of Christ
has both the Father and the Son.
If anyone comes to you
and does not bring this doctrine,
do not receive him into your house
nor greet him;
For he who greets him
shares in his evil deeds.”
(2 John 1:9-1)
God warns anyone who embraces or approves of any religions, teachers, or people who deny Jesus Christ is the promised Son of God will be held terribly responsible.
Remember, these are God’s words from the Bible in these verses … not mine.
So, beware if your church or church leader embraces any other religion which denies Jesus Christ is God who stepped forth from eternity as the Son of God … “from of old, from everlasting” (see Micah 5:2) to suffer and die on the Cross for all of our sins, and was buried and then raised from the dead the third day as the “firstfruits” of the coming Resurrection.
For Jesus Christ (the Son of God) warns …
“So it will be at the end of the Age.
The angels will come forth,
separate the wicked from among the just,
and cast them into the furnace of fire.
There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”
(Matthew 13:49-50)
Please Remember
The Kingdom of Heaven is available to every man, woman, boy, and girl in this world, no matter who they are, where they live, or what they have done. It is freely offered to any and all who will receive it.
Simply learn of Jesus, the promised Messiah, believe He willingly and lovingly died on the Cross for all of your sins and was raised from the grave the third day and is now seated on His Throne in the Kingdom of Heaven waiting patiently while the good news (Gospel) is spread around the world to every tongue, tribe, and nation.
Learn of Him and believe in Him … for He was the only one who has ever loved you enough to substitute Himself for you on the Cross (which represents the suffering that will be found in Hell). He shed His blood, suffered, and died on the Cross to save you from your sins and from the utter darkness, aloneness, and torment of Hell, if you will accept it, believe it, and trust in it.
This is why Jesus is called Savior … His Name in Hebrew means “Savior.” He now lovingly and graciously offers you life in Heaven, and we are warned it is a ‘take it or leave it’ proposition. We have to consciously receive it and accept it in faith. If you sincerely admit you have sinned (and need a Savior to get into Heaven) and ask Jesus Christ to come into your life while fully trusting in Him alone to save you from your sins … and turn back to God while trying to stop doing (and saying) those things God says are wrong, you will go to Heaven … and with open arms and tears of joy He will receive all who will come to Him in faith and in love … it’s God’s promise!!!
The only unpardonable sin is to reject or ignore God’s love and His gift of eternal life in Heaven by rejecting His Son (see Psalm 2) … Jesus Christ… who stepped forth from Eternity (“from of old, from everlasting”… see Micah 5:2) … not to condemn the sinner, but to save the sinner (from Hell) and who willingly and lovingly shed His blood and bore all of our sins and guilt on the Cross so we can be “washed clean” and forgiven of all our sins, and then clothed in His perfect Righteousness, which makes us acceptable before God and allows us to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Jesus greatly LOVED us to save us from Hell … All God asks is we love Him for all He has done for us.
