1000 YEAR MILLENNIUM
THE KINGDOM AGE
“He will swallow up death FOREVER,
and the Lord GOD
will wipe away tears
from all faces;”
(Isaiah 25:8)
All Things On Earth Will Be Restored
Although the Bible clearly warns the darkest days of Earth’s history are yet future, the Bible also promises the most peaceful and restful days of Earth’s history are also in the future.
We are promised a most incredible Age on Earth unlike anything the world has ever experienced since the days in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve still walked with God.
Satan’s Rule Will End
Satan, also called the “Ruler of this world” and the “god of this Age,” now inflicts the world with violence, fear, heartbreak, sickness, and death.
Christ defeated Satan at the Cross and will someday soon return to take possession of that which is His. We are told the Earth will be fully restored to an innocence and beauty we can’t imagine and we will be allowed to live in it and enjoy it for a thousand years … the Millennium.
The early church fathers and the Jewish sages and prophets called it the Seventh Millennium … which would represent 1000 years (one day) of rest and peace.
1000 Year Reign Of Christ …
The 7th Millennium
“Also I saw the souls
of those who had been beheaded
for the testimony of Jesus
and for the Word of God,
and those who had not
worshiped the Beast (Antichrist)
or its image
and had not received its mark
on their foreheads or their hands.
They (those killed in the Apocalypse)
came to life and reigned with Christ
FOR A THOUSAND YEARS.
The rest of the dead
did not come to life
UNTIL the thousand years were ended.
This is the first Resurrection.
“Blessed and holy is the one
who shares in the first resurrection!
Over such the second death (Hell)
has no power,
but they will be priests
of God and of Christ,
And they will reign with Him
for a thousand years (on Earth).”
(Revelation 20:4-6)
We are told the Earth will be fully restored, as in the days of the Garden of Eden. The Holy Spirit also drops a few hints concerning some of the major changes which will be found on Earth during this future Kingdom Age as He provides a small peek into the future …
“For He (Jesus Christ) must reign (on Earth)
till He has put all enemies under His feet.
The last enemy that will be destroyed
is DEATH.” (Jesus will destroy death … it’s His enemy!)
(1 Corinthians 15:25-26)

“The wolf also
shall dwell with the lamb,
the leopard shall lie down
with the young goat,
the calf and the young lion
and the fatling together;
and a little child shall lead them.
The cow and the bear shall graze;
their young ones
shall lie down together;
and the lion
shall eat straw like the ox.
The nursing child
shall play by the cobra’s hole,
and the weaned child shall
put his hand in the viper’s den.
They shall not hurt nor destroy
in all My Holy mountain,
for the Earth shall be full of
the knowledge of the LORD
as the waters cover the sea …”
(Isaiah 11:6-9)
“Then the eyes of the blind
shall be opened,
and the ears of the deaf
shall be unstopped.
Then the lame
shall leap like a deer,
and the tongue of the dumb sing.
For waters shall burst forth
in the wilderness,
and streams in the desert.
The parched ground
shall become a pool,
and the thirsty land
springs of water;”
(The Earth will be restored …)
(Isaiah 35:5-7)
We are told ALL of the pain, the fears, the loneliness, the heartbreak, the sickness, the suffering, and the tears will be wiped away from all those who endure in faith and wait patiently for the Lord.
